At Play Plus, we stand behind every toy we make. That's why every order is backed by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.

If you or your dog aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order—even if the toy has been used.

To start a return, contact us through our store or email support@playplustoys.com with your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Original shipping charges from the initial order are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received by our team.
