Refund policy

Our toys come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee regardless of whether it has been used or not. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, and will provide a shipping label for the return. Once we receive the product back to our facility, you will be refunded. Please note any shipping costs paid for the initial order will not be refunded. You can start a return by contacting us directly through the store or by emailing support@playplustoys.com with your order number.
