We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $30. For all orders under $30, we charge a flat $4.99 fee for anywhere in the US. We ship Monday through Saturday via USPS or UPS, all orders are shipped same day or next day of your order date. 

Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive within 3-5 business days after leaving our facility in Lincoln, NE. Carrier delays can extend this time frame, so if your order is taking longer than expected to deliver, please contact the carrier for details. Please note that expedited orders must be placed before noon in order to be received the next business day.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@playplustoys.com, and we’ll try our best to track it down! With lost packages, we will provide you a replacement product in lieu of a refund.
